![]() ![]() When I said this was the foundation of my site, I should have been clearer. Then attributing and sourcing them, playtesting for categorization, ripping a couple dozen ways for the juicy metadata, then regenerating patches in two formats to be header-aware, for consistency and reliability. No, I'm taking patches and producing the roms. > "Aren't you simply taking ROMs yourself and patching them." AT is responsible for populating the content of the WA, not pulling content out of it! I in fact gave them additional files I noticed their bot missed due to parsing issues, so don't say I haven't tried to keep everything preserved for others to enjoy. The same guy that I reached out to when he needed help accessing TOSEC's forum due to a software issue. > "a "Archive Team" has a backup of your site using wayback machine."Īrchive Team is led by the head digital curator of itself, Jason Scott. Charging ahead with assumptions, don't be surprised that you've tripped. Let's clear up a couple misconceptions you have. And even now I'm continuing to be attacked by someone labeling themselves a corporation. And yet I've continued instead of going dark. Where else should they be? I also have shared this romset with others in another circle for several years, even after N shut down their public site and domain. The files are indeed on a site, and publicly reachable at that. ![]() > "You claim to be a preservationist but yet your files are only uploaded on your site" Personal Stash are just hacks I find interesting. I appriciate you housing the patch files however, you have no right to claim ownership for them. Thanks for helping to preserve these you for your concerns. In the end I figured out how to bulk patch BPS Doug BR Patching 100 is fine, 27,000 is too much work. I asked around to fill this collection because downloading each patch and then patching them is a pain in the ass. The only thing here you actually created is the naming scheme for each file, which is in a public dat file that you said you created, so I'm really not sure why you would be complaining. I linked to your site so you would get credit for this collection, which is more than I'm required to do. I appreciate the hard work you put into this collection however, claiming to own a collection of other people's work is pretty silly. Puzzle - You complete the levels by solving a puzzle Trash - Are garbage hacks that don't work (No idea why they have a dat) Imitation - Are hacks that pretend to be another game (Like Zelda) has issues with torrents so they will not be BR again *Added More*Īdventure - Long hacks that are Adventury?Ĭollabs - Are collaborations (Made by a Group)Ĭontest - Are hacks from various ContestsĮnchanced - Are hacks that improve gameplay, but don't change the levels. I'm glad this side project has been useful to all of I'm way too lazy to move them somewhere else. Thanks to everyone that has had kind words of support. I read in the comments someone just wanted the latest versions of everything and I started writing a script with regular expressions (you dont need to use them) to check and delete old versions but i later changed my mind since they so small i really want all the versions but that would be one way to do that, ill even do it for you for 20 bucks lol gl whoever wanted that. You may also want to read through the second link which should be the documentation as maybe you want to include the checksum verifications or maybe in the future you need to include your login credentials or idk. When i ran that as admin it threw everything in c:/windows/system32/super-mario-world-hacks which i then moved to my games folder. Then in the command line itsĭownload('super-mario-world-hacks', verbose=True) So first install python so it works which should be very easy. ![]() If JDownloader isnt working for you either you can try with python which i found easier anyway. ![]()
